Rick McDonald is an accomplished global supply chain executive with over three decades of leadership experience at The Clorox Company and Frito-Lay. As Clorox’s Chief Supply Chain Officer, he oversaw operations across 27 countries, leading 6,000 employees and managing a network of 4,000 suppliers, 37 manufacturing sites, and 145 contract manufacturers. He has been recognized as a Top 100 Global Supply Chain Leader and a Top 10 Chief Supply Chain Officer. Today, Rick serves as a strategic advisor, board member, and keynote speaker, supporting innovation and excellence across the supply chain ecosystem.
